At VTXDaymaker, we’re working to keep you informed on the latest developments stemming from the recent outbreak of COVID-19. We know that as members of the communities you serve, you may be experiencing unexpected challenges during this time. While we all wait for what comes next, we wanted to let you know where VTXDaymaker and any of its partners currently stand. We will continue to keep you updated on anything that can impact or improve your order and shipping experience as we navigate this together.


Due to the Global and national impact of the COVID 19 Virus, we are experiencing unprecedented shipping and manufacturing delays in receiving stock inventory. Please understand that these are tough times and this situation is out of our control. We are working tirelessly with the manufacturer to expedite all orders. We do have a few kits in stock but these are getting harder to keep on the shelves.


All our Adjustable V3 and Non Adjustable Brackets V1 are manufactured right here in the USA at 123D Manufacturing. There has been no impact whatsoever with availability of our brackets. We have been able to stock a surplus of Non -Adjustable V1 and Adjustable Brackets V3 available for all models.


If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us with any concerns you might have and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Those of you that have already placed an order, rest assured that your order will ship real soon. We have shipments inbound. Reach out to us for ETA updates. We will update this post on a daily basis if anything changes.

DOMESTIC ORDERS UPDATE - USA


On Friday, USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.

  • USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.

USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. We will continue to update this page as more information becomes available for all of our domestic and international shipping partners. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly.






INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UPDATE

The United States Postal Service™ (USPS) sent notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States (U.S.) due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result, the Postal Service is currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3 until further notice. For the full list of impacted countries as well as any delays, check this page.

Please reach out to us before you place an order if you are in one of the countries listed above.

UPS is continuing to deliver packages. Countries that have declared a state of public health emergency may see potential delays in services. Click here to see countries impacted by this.



We apologize for the inconvenience and delay in getting your order out. We are working to build up our inventory again and ask for your patience and understanding through these challenging times. Our goal is to get back to our 1-3 Day shipping times.
